Delivery time: 14 to 18 business days after payment confirmation, via Correios (International PAC). Delivery times may vary due to customs factors beyond our control.

Customs duties and import taxes: The United States may charge customs duties on imported products. These fees are the recipient's responsibility and are collected by U.S. customs at the time of delivery. The New Custom has no control over these amounts — we recommend checking applicable tariffs before placing your order.

Package refusal: If the package is refused by the recipient or returned to Brazil due to non-collection, the costs of reshipping or return are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking: All international orders include a tracking code sent by email after dispatch.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Final sale items and customized pieces are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
