Exchange and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a product, follow the steps below to request your return quickly and easily.

How to request a refund

  1. Access your account: Click on the profile icon in the store menu or go to the refund/return policy page and click on request a return.
  2. Log in: Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue".
  3. Check your email: Open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
  4. Enter the code: Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit code to access your account.
  5. Select the order: Click "Request return" on the order you wish to return.
  6. Choose the items: If your order has more than one item, select the products you wish to return.
  7. Please state the reason: Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store, if desired.
  8. Submit the request: Click on "Request refund".
  9. Please wait for approval: If your request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.
  10. Receive your refund: After the product is returned and approved, you will receive your refund.

Exchanges: Your Credit Available in Store

To facilitate your exchange experience, the value of the returned product(s) will be made available as Credit in our online store .

  • Valid Without Limit: The credit has no expiration date, allowing you to use it whenever you want.

  • Automatic Application: The credit amount will automatically appear at checkout, ready to be applied as a payment method on your next purchase.

  • Flexibility: You can use the credit to purchase any product from the store, supplementing the payment with another method if necessary.

Important information

  • No password is required to access your account - only the verification code sent by email.
  • After the return is approved, you will receive all the necessary instructions via email or WhatsApp.

  • Return Shipping

    • First return: The return shipping cost is covered by the store.
    • Second return: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
